Vision & Values

Connect

It's our desire to connect individuals with God and His church. Christ established the local church and it's the vehicle that He uses to fulfill His purposes in this world. This begins in the heart, with a personal relationship with Jesus. This love grows as we gather together in worship and to hear the teaching and preaching of the Bible.

Grow

We grow together through the Word and through community. Community is the fellowship we enjoy as Christians. The Word is taught in services, groups, and one-on-one. “But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.” (2 Peter 3:18)

Serve

Jesus adds people to His church, and gifts them to serve. We desire to help every member of our church discover and use their gifts to serve others. “For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.” Galatians 5:13

Share

As we love Christ the way we are supposed to then it will show in our love for others. In other words, it is because of our great love for Him and our growth that leads us to serve. As we learn to love, we grow. As we grow we start serving. And as we start serving, we start sharing our faith with others around us.

Our beliefs

What you read here is a summarization of what we believe as a church. We believe the Bible and teach it to be without error. Every belief and teaching flows from the Bible, God’s Word. For a more detailed doctrinal statement, you may download one here.
